All sales of secondhand pre owned or new with tags products listed for sale on our web site ThriftUps.com are final. When purchasing, it's wise to request extra imagery and to inquire about the quality and status of the item if needed. As a seller, it's essential that we furnish detailed information to ensure accuracy of the item's size and condition. Refunds are not given for complications concerning size and condition, and customers should contact us for added measurements or images if necessary.

What to do if damaged during shipping or the order incorrect ?

Contact us for expedient resolution If a product is damaged during shipping or the order incorrect. We will refund or replace and make it right. To recieve a refund for any issues above, you must contact us as soon as possible up to 3 days after receiving your damaged shipment. Please take photos of the damaged packaging and product. You do not have to ship back any damaged products to receive a refund. We will file a case for loss with the carrier.
